Chef Madhu Sudan Gupta, the treasurer of the IFCA  is a successful and a progressive person who started his culinary career as Chef Management Trainee in ITDC in 1974 and retired as the Vice-President of Hotels and Corporate Chef in the year 2010. He has done B.A (Hons) in Mathematics, from Hindu College, Delhi University in the year 1971. He then completed his 3 years Diploma in Hotel Management Catering and Nutrition from PUSA Institute Delhi in the year 1974 paving his way to the culinary industry. He is a veteran in the culinary field and is inspiring many young and budding Chefs across the country by sharing his vast knowledge.

 

Chef Gupta has been in the culinary industry for 5 decades and has served numerous visiting foreign dignitaries including the former President of the United States, Bill Clinton and former Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf. He has guided many young Chefs and budding Chefs and has been an inspiration for them. He has been associated with IFCA for numerous years and had organized many National and International  Conferences, Competitions and Food based events.
